Joey DeRoche is a photography and travel enthusiast. He studied architecture and design at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee where he first learned how to use a digital camera as well as design & editing software. He bought his own DSLR camera in 2016 and has since lived and worked in dozens of states and major cities across the US, having traveled to and through many more. He attributes these early travels to his wayfaring pursuit of sights and scenes worth documenting, allowing his education in art and design to aid in the process of revealing his unique perceptive reality of each moment in time in a contemporary style. The joy in sharing the final images and stories from these experiences is what provokes the next adventure. His current work is inspired by the grand and beautiful natural wonders of the great American Southwest.
